Easy Craft for Kids: Make a Chinese Parade Dragon

Make a Dragon for a make-believe Chinese New Year’s Parade with this easy craft for kids.  Originally created for the Let’s Go Geography lesson on China, the craft includes a short introduction to the theme, followed by craft instructions with photos and the printable patterns.

It’s so easy!  Copy the dragon patterns on colored paper, color, cut, and assemble.  You will need crepe paper (or tissue paper), 2 popsicle sticks, glue, crayons, & tape.

The craft comes from the China Lesson from the Let’s Go Geography curriculum, Year 1.
