In order to join the Hands-On Learning Store<\/em> Affiliate Program and earn commissions on products at LetsGoGeography.com\/store<\/em>, you must Read & Agree To the following Terms & Conditions:<\/p>\n

Please note that the words \u201cwe,\u201d \u201cus,\u201d \u201cour,\u201d and \u201cours\u201d refer to A Book In Time LLC<\/em>\u200b &\u200b \u200bThe Hands-On Learning Store<\/em>, a website at LetsGoGeography.com\/store<\/em>\u200b that is owned and operated by A Book In Time LLC<\/em>, and the words \u201cyou,\u201d \u201cyour,\u201d and \u201cyours\u201d refer to the Affiliate.<\/p>\n

Promotion<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • We encourage you to use our Affiliate Links as part of your original informational content or reviews, as well as linking from our banners and images.<\/li>\n
  • We supply banners and ad copy for you to use with your Affiliate Links on your site.  We encourage you to contact us to request a different image size, banner, or ad copy.  All promotional images and banners must come from us or be approved by us before you use them.<\/li>\n
  • A potential customer who clicks one of your Affiliate Links will be tracked by us with a cookie that remains for 120 days.  If the potential customer purchases within the 120 days, you will earn that commission.  If the potential customer clears their cookies or disallows cookies, then we cannot track them and no commission will be granted.<\/li>\n
  • We do not tolerate and will not pay commissions to Affiliates engaging in any type of fraudulent, misleading or otherwise dishonest behavior.<\/li>\n
  • When asked, you must provide all website addresses that you will use to promote \u200bThe Hands-On Learning Store <\/em>or the Let’s Go Geography curriculum <\/em>as an Affiliate. You may not promote \u200bThe Hands-On Learning Store or the Let’s Go Geography curriculum <\/em>on any site or linking to any site that contains sexually explicit content, promotes or condones violence, promotes or condones illegal activities, or is in any way objectionable to us in our sole discretion.  The Hands-On Learning Store, Let\u2019s Go Geography,<\/em> and A Book In Time LLC<\/em> reserve the right to cancel any Affiliate at any time if we determine that your site is unsuitable.<\/li>\n
  • Affiliate agrees that any downtime or unexpected interruption of service or other similar  problem with the Hands-On Learning Store<\/em> website at LetsGoGeography.com<\/em>\/store<\/em> is a normal part of operating a website and agrees not to hold us liable for any perceived losses due to such occurrences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Commissions<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Commissions are paid after your account balance is $50 or greater.<\/li>\n
    • Commissions are 22% of all purchases at the \u200bThe Hands-On Learning Store <\/em>at \u200b<\/span>LetsGoGeography.com\/store<\/em>.<\/li>\n
    • \u200bOnly sales from LetsGoGeography.com\/store<\/em> are tracked for commissions.  If a Let\u2019s Go Geography<\/em> product \u200bis sold from the primary site at LetsGoGeography.com (which is unlikely), it is NOT eligible for Affiliate Commissions.  \u200b\u200b\u200b<\/li>\n
    • Commissions are paid out in the first week of each month and are given in US $ only.<\/li>\n
    • Commissions are paid via \u200ba business check.  Commissions are paid after a valid \u200bphysical mailing address has been supplied.<\/li>\n
    • Any perceived discrepancy or error in a Commission must be reported within 5 days of receiving the Commission.  Not reporting a perceived discrepancy within 5 days means that you agree with the Commission calculation as it is recorded and that you accept the Commission as is.<\/li>\n
    • \u200bWe only send 1099’s to affiliates whom we pay $600 or more \u200bin one calendar year.  If you do not meet the $600 threshold for the year, we \u200bwill not send you a 1099.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Termination<\/h4>\n
        \n
      • The Affiliate Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time for any reason with a written notice.  An email is adequate for a Notice of Termination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Modification<\/h4>\n
          \n
        • The terms of this Agreement may be modified at any time per our sole discretion, and you will be notified by email of any such modifications.  If the changes are unacceptable to you, you may email us your Notice of Termination.  By remaining an Affiliate, you communicate that you agree to the modifications and you agree to abide by them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
